COMPANY and brief HISTORY

DMK Chemical Process Plant Ltd was formed from the merger of Chemical Glassware Installations of Wigan and DM Pipework of Newcastle, Staffs., and has been trading for over a decade providing a first class and highly competitive installation service for glass pipework systems, plant, components and equipment associated with chemical and pharmaceutical production processes.

SERVICES OFFERED

Installation - As fully qualified chemical glass process plant installation engineers our primary activity is in the installation of such systems involving predominantly glassware products. Our staff have gained many years experience through direct involvement in both small and large scale projects throughout the world utilising Schott, Buchi and QVF products.

These installations have covered industries from food processing to explosives with the majority of works being undertaken within the chemical/pharmaceutical industry. As a result, we are also experienced in the installation of polypropylene pipelines, PTFE lined pipe, stainless steel, glass lined plant and other acid resistant systems.

Supply - In addition to a pure installation service we carry a significant stock of high quality, New and used glassware, components and plant associated with these industries which are available on a supply only basis if required, at very attractive rates compared to their new equivalents. All items being cleaned and pressured tested prior to delivery or collection.
We can provide a price list of the most commonly stocked items to give an indication of the type of products available. However as we are buying and selling goods daily, stock turnover is fast and it is difficult to ensure that all products are listed at all times. Please telephone or E-mail us for your required items and we will confirm the availability of any particular items we have in stock.
We Purchase - redundant plant and glassware to maintain our range of used components.
